I was born in Costa Rica Central America, and since I was 2 years old (because of my Fathers work with United Nations) I start moving from country to country every two years.
Since I was very young I understood the mechanics of making profit providing a service or product needed.

Eventually got a degree B.A. with a specialty in Marketing a Sells, and I worked as a Salesman, Marketing associate, Promoter, Telemarketer, became Supervisor and Motivator for groups from 10 to 80 telemarketers.
Spend 20 years in California where I learn a great percentage of my Marketing skills on the streets of Los Angeles Downtown, Hollywood, West L.A., I read, study and apply all the sells and Marketing books written on those days, as a White collar Barbarian (Meaning that as a Professional, I don't have to forget the strength and Drive that the Barbarians had as conquerors).
I walk all over Southern California, inch by inch, and develop in a short time the customer Base for a Food Service Company of over half a million Dollars a month with and excellent combination of big chain accounts, medium and small as well, use to do telemarketing in the morning, setting up my appointments, and afternoons attending them, and then call calling (prospecting, walking in to accounts) sweeping the streets of Southern California, promoting my service.
At the same time I was involve in Promoting Land for sell from Costa Rica, and I did pretty good. Beside the Real Estate Market I have knowledge In other Industries, Forex Market, Blue Chip Stock, the last 2 years I have develop a customer Base for a Department of and E-WASTE company I the City of San Diego, using the same tactic as in Los Angeles at the beginning.
Self-discipline is when your conscience tells you to
do something and you don't talk back.
Actually have lived in Europe for the last 10 years, they brought me to Europe to Supervise Marketing Offices Promoting different products on City's all over Europe, still using in a Big percentage the same tactics that I use at the beginning at Los Angeles , USA; now with up to date working tools.
On my free time, I have written Motivation Book, and had it Publish it .
