This Blog is an accumulation of real and great experiences that I had,  bringing me  lots of knowledge that I must be share, because after all:

IF YOU DONT SHARE YOUR KNOWLEDGE IT BECOMES :
                                                                    NOTHING !

Why Telemarketing ?—now days the demand of good telemarketers is great, even do they  have try to replace  the telemarketer with voice robots, or other systems, the sensibility, and capacity to interpret the way a customer or a prospect feels can not be replace by a robot.

The human perception and sensibility are irreplaceable, we become the mediator, interpreter of very vital information that makes a person takes decisions on what to do or not to do, having telemarketing skills is a great tool combine with sells ,and the earning potential increases significantly , is one of the must have tools that a successful business person must have ,  nothing starts in a business with out a sell, telemarketing is the first step on that sell, once you contact a prospect and then you learn from it , there is follow up because the prospect has potential to buy your product , or you wont qualify it and save a lot of time and go to the next one .

Abiding by a script and dialing up a set list of customers can sound overly programmatic and repetitive. But the responsibilities of a telemarketer are multidimensional. The never-know-what-you-might-get element associated with calling complete strangers or receiving calls from them requires a calm, cool and collected mentality. A central objective is generating revenue for your company. To do so means burning up the phone lines, tapping into your inner negotiator and being nimble enough to persuade prospective clients about the merits of the product you’re selling. Another key objective: serving as the bridge between your company and the caller, and in doing so, providing the highest quality customer service possible. Multitasking is also a critical component. As they complete the sale, telemarketers must chat up customers while simultaneously entering their information into a company database. Occasionally, telemarketers might hit a bit of luck when eager customers call them to make a purchase and need only a calming voice to complete the transaction.

The Bureau of Labor and Statistics projects the telemarketing industry will grow 7.7 percent by 2022, creating approximately 19,200 new positions.(in the USA)
