When we are ready to start calling we have to be ready with the proper set up, not only in our mind and body but in our near by environment as a desk,cubicle, table,whatever working area we have.

We have to have enough space to stand up.

You might have a computer system with a program to help you organize your calls,learn how to use it right and effective,  If we have only a phone and a prospect customer list you must have a calling plan  for the list we are working at the moment,once you start making calls start selecting am or pm calls, for more affective contact ratio, on every call you make be specific on the result of the call, details might help you when you talk  to the prospect.

Pitch ,Note pad ,a pen or pencil,product information ,rebuttal notes,conservative motivation photo of some we like to have(if we like),bottle of drinking water or access to drinking water,
